· Facilitated day-to-day operations at this premier educational services company that offers a wide array of subject tutoring, standardized test prep and college admissions consulting
· Directed and Co-Created the College Transition Program, a suite of services designed to help students become successful independent learners by developing skills such as executive functioning, time management, goal setting, navigation of resources, research skills, test taking, note taking, and more
· Developed an AP Art History review curriculum and tutored a variety of high school and college art history courses
· Developed a hybrid test prep program combining 1:1 tutoring with small group instruction, a model which has also been pitched to school districts for test prep services
· Managed hundreds of clients and supervised about 80 tutors
· Shared in business development, helping to grow market revenue from $2 million to $3.4 million over three years, and national market revenue from $6.1 million in 2014 to $10.4 million in 2018, making Private Prep one of Inc.’s 1000 fastest growing companies since 2013

· Research and coordination for the following projects:
o A Thousand Roads, the feature film of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian – scouted talent from writers to film makers, fostered partnership with Mandalay Pictures (Peter Guber), Barry Clark (Telenova) for Production, and the NMAI
o Renaissance Tapestries: Threads of Majesty, an independently-funded film made in collaboration with the Metropolitan Museum of Art – conducted research and compiled imagery for b-roll footage, helped move through the final stages of production
o PBS Series proposal Intersection: the Art of History – assisted in the creation of the treatment by researching and fleshing out the concepts of each episode

Project Coordinator for VIP Tours
· Served the Trust President, Barry Munitz, in accommodating special requests for museum visits and special services coming from a variety of constituencies ranging from trustees to international diplomats, celebrities to visiting scholars
· Created and led VIP Tours of the various Getty entities (Museum, Research Institute, Conservation Institute, etc.), tailoring tours to highlight the interests of visitors
· Partnered with the events department to develop and provide a VIP experience for special guests at exhibition openings and galas
· Liaised with the development team regarding the curiosities and collections of visiting guests in an effort to form future partnerships and generally build relationships
